Holly-forward, with Tupelo nectar notes
A crowd-pleasing varietal that sits between everyday wildflower and pure Tupelo — bright, floral, and slow to crystallize. Buyers love it as a step-up from a basic wildflower.
Buttery, delicate, slow to crystallize
One of the South's most prized honeys — smooth and mild, with a clean finish. A premium shelf and menu varietal, available in jars, bottles, squeeze, and half-gallon.
Light amber, mild and buttery
A Southern coastal classic with a soft, buttery character that pairs with almost anything — and stays liquid on the shelf longer than most.
A narrow mountain bloom, once a year
The South's most sought-after varietal — buttery, with notes of anise and caramel. Weather-dependent and limited; request allocation before the July harvest.
